- SerpAPI: SerpAPI key is managed by administrators. You'll be charged for SerpAPI usage based on your plan tier. You can configure locale settings (Google domain, country, language) but the API key is admin-managed.
- AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, Perplexity - you must configure your own API keys and comply with their respective terms
- PayPal: Payment processing subject to PayPal's terms
We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
7. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your plan
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
- All fees are exclusive of taxes
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Modify or discontinue features
